Track: Course 3 – Educational Certification Track

Prerequisite: Trauma-Informed Resilient Schools (Education - Course 1), and Resetting for Resilience (Education – Course 2)

Audience: Designed for anyone who works in a school setting – teachers, administrators, bus drivers, lunchroom workers, office staff, librarians, etc.

This course expands on previous courses, diving into the polyvagal theory, epigenetics, and the science of resilience.*

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be able to: 

  • Explain the brain science behind trauma and resilience.
  • Identify the main components of the SITCAP® model.
  • Identify sensory-based interventions for students in the school setting.
  • Identify how exposure is connected to body sensations.
